SAP C4C Architecture Overview

SAP C4C has multitenant architecture where solution and components are shared between multiple customers. In a multiple tenant environment, all the updates and releases are built on C4C custom solutions for multiple clients.[Note: There is an option to go for single tenant by paying additional cost].

C4C is built on the native SAP Application platform, written in ABAP Programing Language, and runs on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform (HCP),meaning it makes use of HANA DB.

  • SAP C4C system is service oriented architecture System, it provides core service such as Create, update, and delete to access business objects (Accounts or Lead).
  • Public Solution Model contains the standard published business content on which custom enhancements can be made to suit your business needs.
  • SAP C4C solution can be integrated with SAP ECC, CRM and Outlook using SAP NW Process Integration or SAP HANA Cloud Integration HCI for standard scenarios.
  • SAP has multiple Data Centers around the globe where your data will be stored.
  • Note: Above all this architecture SAP C4C system instance will be available as a tenant.
